The Department of Political Science of Smt. S. K. Gandhi Arts, Amolak Science & P.H. Gandhi Commerce College, Kada, Tq. Ashti, Dist. Beed came into existence in the year 1996. The Department is currently offering B.A Political Science Program. Since its inception, the department has given immense contribution to the curricular and extracurricular activities of the college. The department envisions producing responsive citizens having civic and political consciousness. The broad goals of the department are to promote excellence in political science and cultivate genuine interest in research among the students. The department is also working for nurturing consciousness about human rights, environment, gender, civic consciousness, democratic values and critical thinking among students to make them active citizens.
To acquaint the students with civic duties and responsibilities.
To build the youth for nation.
