Dept. of Chemistry

Keeping in mind the need of our society and students the department has extended its activity by offering post graduate course in M. Sc. (Organic Chemistry) in the year 2015. Presently, it includes four faculty members along with three non-teaching members. Seven faculty members are working on Clock Hour Basis. The faculty has published their research article in renowned journals and published three books. One of faculty is research guide and has five students. The department is always enthusiastic in promoting the faculty to participate and publish research article in various international, National, State level conferences, workshops, symposia etc. the department has established the bounds of MoU with other firms to encourage students’ interest by visiting these firms.

The vision of our department is to encourage students to respect the rights of others, aspire for success, aim for excellence and achieve full potential by giving 100 percent in all tasks performed.

The mission of our Department is to deepen and extend knowledge about the formation and utilization of human capabilities, by means of inculcating human values in rural and economically weak students.
